Timothy Warren Berger, 74, of Carmi, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Premier Healthcare of New Harmony, in New Harmony, Indiana. He was born on October 6, 1950, in Evansville, IN the son of Clifford Warren and Virginia Lea (Hill) Berger. Tim married Karen Sue Kallenbach at the First Christian Church in Carmi on October 5, 1971, and she preceded him in death on August 14, 1992. He proudly served his country for 23 years in the United States Navy, retiring as Chief Petty Officer. Tim then went on to work for the Illinois State Police for 16 years, retiring in 2012, as a dispatcher. He was a past president of the Cemetery Board for White County Memorial Garden in Carmi and most recently served as the Vice President. Tim was also a member of the Carmi Rifle Club.     Tim is survived by his children, Amy (Jon) Roedder of Carmi, IL. and Jason Berger of Harrison, AR; grandchildren, Haley, Peyton and Emma Roedder, Emily, Gavin, Corbin, Audrey and Carter Berger; five great-grandchildr
